Chuck Watson is a Treasury Management Sales Officer at First Liberty Bank with more than 25 years of experience in banking, finance, and business development. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses identify practical financial solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen cash flow, and support long-term growth. His experience spans commercial banking, treasury management, SBA lending, portfolio management, merchant services, and client relationship development.
Known for his consultative approach, Chuck partners with business owners and organizational leaders to address operational and financial challenges through tailored treasury and banking solutions. His experience across banking, finance, and business development enables him to bring practical insight to organizations at every stage of growth.
Prior to joining First Liberty Bank, Chuck held leadership roles in lending, treasury management, and business banking, including overseeing complex loan servicing operations and customer support functions. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping clients achieve their goals while delivering exceptional service.
Chuck attended the University of Oklahoma, where he studied finance and earned four varsity letters in basketball, helping the Sooners capture Big Eight Conference championships and advance deep into the NCAA Tournament during one of the program's most successful eras. He remains active in the community through civic and nonprofit involvement and has served with organizations including the Varsity "O" Association, Boys & Girls Club of Oklahoma, and the All Sports Association of Oklahoma.
When not at work, Chuck enjoys spending time with family, cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma Sooners, and supporting his local community.
