Jamie Vafadar joined First Liberty Bank as a Credit Analyst in 2016. Vafadar worked as a Portfolio Manager for several commercial lenders in OKC and Norman from early 2018 to late 2020. She transitioned in 2020 to Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager and Executive Assistant to Scott Hughes, First Liberty Bank's Chief Lending Officer. In July 2021, she started working with Michael Levine, Senior Vice President of Healthcare Banking, as Vice President of Healthcare Banking. She received First Liberty Bank's Employee Service Award for 2022. In 2024, Jamie was promoted to Senior Vice President Healthcare Banking Division Manager.
First Liberty Bank's Healthcare Division specializes in lending for physician and dental practices in the Oklahoma City Metro. "Executive Management encourages and supports staff to advance within the bank, and I'm delighted to be working to help local practices grow and thrive," said Vafadar. Jamie started the Wonder Women of OKC group for doctors, dentists, and physicians
Jamie brings broad banking experience to her role as a commercial lender. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2004 and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She graduated from the Intermediate School of Banking at the Oklahoma Banker's Association in June 2022 and OBA's Leadership Academy in the Spring of 2024. Currently, Jamie is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Foundation Board.
