Stuart Diamond joins First Liberty Bank with 17 years of experience in mortgage and asset management. During his successful career as a loan officer, Stuart has found an abundance of pride in helping veterans, the self-employed, and those experiencing financial challenges achieve their home ownership goals. He credits his talents to his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and a genuine desire to see the American dream of home ownership come alive. Stuart has been the proud recipient of multiple President's Club awards but considers the almost two decades of repeat customers the most outstanding industry compliment.
Stuart is a native Texan and resides in Gunter, Texas, with his wife and five children. Before his start in the mortgage industry, Stuart enjoyed a challenging academic career at the University of North Texas, where he graduated with a Business degree in Real Estate.

Ed Hosier brings over 25 years of management and mortgage experience to First Liberty Bank's Dallas/Ft. Worth branch. He is well-versed in various mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA and has licenses in 29 states. As a result of his time in the mortgage industry, Ed has a thorough knowledge of Texas state mortgage practices and regulations.
Originally from Oklahoma, Ed attended Oklahoma State University and majored in Business Management. In his spare time, Ed plays golf, hunts and fishes. He has been married for 30 years and has one daughter who also boasts a degree from Oklahoma State University and is building a career in education. You'll catch Ed rooting for his Cowboys on fall weekends, both OSU and Dallas.
Heather Howerton brings the expertise and experience of a 30+ year banking career, having worked in private mortgage banking for the last decade. She began her career locally as a mortgage loan processor and worked her way into leadership positions. Heather has been recognized and honored for her outstanding work in local and national branch mortgage and private banking.
Howerton, a native Oklahoman, graduated from Oklahoma City University, has achieved Master's status from the Institute of Mortgage Lending, and recently completed an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies.
She has served as President of the OKC Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Howerton currently serves as a Director on the Board of Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO), which celebrated its Centennial in 2020, and volunteers her time with the Oklahoma Innocence Project and Bella SPCA.
Roseanne "Rose" Martinez is an experienced mortgage lender with dual degrees in marketing and business management. She is working on and will soon graduate with a master's degree in International Business. Rose commits herself to provide a stellar customer experience and knows how to assist homeowners through the home-buying process. Through transparency, communication, and trust, Rose demonstrates a passion for helping people access affordable home financing while providing valuable financial education through the mortgage process.
Rose grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, moving to Texas five years ago with her husband and two dogs. Since moving, Rose has been able to travel, learn about a different culture, and build friendships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

First Liberty Bank welcomed Joe Thompson to the First Liberty Mortgage Lending team in Oklahoma City as a mortgage loan officer in September 2020. Joe's first banking experience was over 19 years ago when he started on a switchboard directing calls. "Joe knows mortgage banking inside and out, and his experience will serve our First Liberty Bank clients well," said Joey Root, Bank President & CEO.
In August 2021, Joe relocated to First Liberty's Norman Branch to provide mortgage services to the Norman and South Oklahoma City communities. Having been raised there, Joe loves Norman and is excited to be back in the town where he grew up and went to high school.
Joe is involved in the community, serves as a volunteer with Sharing Tree, and is a board member and Vice President of the Harrah Education Enrichment Foundation.
Joe and his wife, Laila, have four amazing children, and the animal-loving family has three dogs and three cats. His hobbies include camping, kayaking, fishing, and swimming.
Bryan Pregler has been in the home mortgage industry for over ten years. He has worked in all market conditions, helped first-time home buyers realize the joy of homeownership, and helped long-standing customers purchase their dream homes.
He has enjoyed working in the Oklahoma City market for the last five years, bringing a customer-oriented experience that makes you want to be a customer for life.
Bryan is very involved with his three young daughters and wife of 15 years. They are very active with their church, as well as with youth t-ball and soccer. They often spend the fall cheering on the University of Oklahoma on game day Saturdays in Norman.
