This interest bearing account allows interest to be compounded and paid monthly based on the average collected balance in the account. Rates are subject to change daily.

Minimum balance to open account: $1,000.00

Minimum balance to avoid service charge: $1,000.00 (based on avg. collected)

Monthly Service charge: $12.00 if balance falls below minimum requirement

Monthly transaction charges:
Withdrawals: >6 - $10.00 each
Deposit items: >15 - $0.25

Borrowed funds charge on all uncollected balances: FLB Base Rate + 2%.

According to Federal Regulations, the money market account is a limited activity account. The
total number of preauthorized transfers allowed is six (6) per statement cycle. Transactions which
fall into this category, besides checks and drafts, include automatic transfers to third parties,
preauthorized payments, wire transfers and telephone transfers to another account of the same
depositor. A transaction charge is charged for exceeding these limits.
